The whole experience was just perfect! I live many states away from my best friend ; who had just had major surgery. At the moment they were delivered; her husband was in the bathroom and she answered , not knowing anything and the delivering person was so smart and told her it was heavy and would step in and set it down for her… MUCH GRATITUDE to this person.
